Full Body Red Light Mat purchase

I recently bought the Full Body Red Light Mat. Shipping took about a week to get here, which was acceptable. The mat itself seems well-made, and I've been using it for a few days without issue. I've noticed a slight improvement in muscle soreness after workouts, but it's early days. The control panel is easy to use, and I like the different intensity settings. My only minor complaint is that the power cord felt a bit short for where I wanted to set it up, so I needed an extension cord. For the price, I think it offers good value if you're looking into red light therapy at home. Customer service wasn't needed, so I can't speak to that.

Portable Steam Sauna Kit review

I ordered the Portable Steam Sauna Kit a few weeks ago and it arrived in 5 days, which was pretty good for my location in Montana. Assembly was straightforward; I had it set up and running in about 15 minutes. The sauna itself works as advertised, reaching a good temperature for a portable unit. I used it daily for a week and felt pretty relaxed afterwards. Cleaning the tent was easy enough, just wiped it down. I did have a question about the steam generator's water capacity, so I used their online chat. The representative responded in under 10 minutes and answered my query clearly. Overall, the quality of the materials seems decent for the price point, and the portability is a big plus since I don't have a lot of space. The instructions could have been a little more detailed for first-time sauna users, but I figured it out.

Cold Plunge Tub and Chiller

Got the Cold Plunge Tub and Water Chiller. Delivery was slow, took 10 days to reach me. Set up was okay, but the chiller connections were a bit fiddly. The tub itself is sturdy. It works, gets cold, but the chiller makes a bit of noise. Happy with the cold plunge experience though.
